Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best possible service to all of my clients, I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled service. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file.
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, I reserve the right to charge you a no-show fee of 100% of the total cost of your scheduled service. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file.
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do occur, and I will do my best to accommodate you in those situations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can work with you to find a solution.
